CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 We understand that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position. Therefore, cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hour notice as well as no-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved appointment price. in accordance to the cancellation policy. Please note, the charges will be required to pay before moving forward with a new appointment.

2. Late Arrivals and Reschedules
2.1 We understand that delays may occur. However, we must try to keep clients from delaying subsequent appointments and keep services on time. Therefore, clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled time, the appointment will be cancelled and you’ll will be charged 50% of the reserved appointment price late cancellation fee (depends on different appointments) and clients will have to reschedule their appointment within 7 days via contact with our customercare team. If not scheduled within 7 days, they will be charged the fee applied as a cancellation of 50% of the booked service. Please note, the charges will be required to pay before moving forward with a new appointment.
