WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
LifeHub is situated right in the middle of Central. Our address is 1/F, 33 Wellington St, Central, Hong Kong. We have our own entrance next to Interval café so you don’t need to use the same lift as The Loop (we’re special like that).
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our hours are as follows
Monday-Friday: 0900 – 20:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT LIFEHUB FROM OTHER WELLNESS CENTERS?
It’s hard to be sucsinct when you’re delivering innovate services but here are some key points that sets us apart:
- LifeHub takes an integrated approach to health
- Unlike wellness centres, health spas or retreats, all services and products offered by LifeHub are overseen by our team of medical professionals. If it’s not evidence-based, we don’t use it.
- As a true concierge wellness service, our team is with you every step of the way. From assessment, testing, personalized programs and on-going health maintenance, our team is always there to answer your questions and help you on your journey.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a full range of services from assessment to treatment and on-going education.
- Assessments & Functional testing: our body scanning systems and non-invasive home test kits allow us to figure out what is going on phyiologically and identify the root cause of the issue.
- Therapies and treatments including IV drips, bioresonance, acupuncture, lymphatic massage, oxygen & aromatherapy,
- Hair and skin analyses and treatments
- Talks, workshops, classes and events
DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
It’s always best to book an appointment to ensure one-on-one attention without wait times. Some services require advanced notice such as acupuncture, massages, or coming in for your first IV drip. Whatsapp us on +852 6115 2094 to book.

ARE YOUR IN-HOUSE COACHES, DOCTORS, AND NURSES QUALIFIED?
Yes! Our in-house coaches have degrees in nutrition and/or health coaching qualifications. Our medical staff are all licensed in Hong Kong.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING OR PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Generally you just need to bring yourself. For IV drips it’s best not to have an IV on an empty stomach so we recommend eating first. For consultations, you may wish to bring along relevant test results from your doctor.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

ARE THE IV DRIPS SAFE?
IV drips are widely used throughout the medical, wellness & professional athlete communities around the world. By design, they are safe for almost everyone. If it’s your first LifeHub IV, you’ll need to check in with our doctor to make sure IV drips are suitable for you and don’t conflict with any medication or health condition.
All IV drips are administered by a Registered Nurse.
WHAT’S IN AN IV DRIP?
Each IV contains a saline and multinutrient base with additional nutrients specific to each drip. Come visit us to find out which drip is most suitable for you.
DO THEY HURT?
Our registered nurses are well-practiced in administering IV drips. You’ll only feel a slight pinch and it’ll be over so quickly you’ll be wondering why you were worrying about it in the first place!
IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME REQUIRED?
Your arm may feel a little heavy and occasionally there may be a slight bruise at the site. We recommend eating beforehand so you don’t feel lightheaded at all and don’t lift anything too heavy on that arm for 1 or 2 hours after the drip.
IS IT SAFE FOR PREGNANCY OR BREAST-FEEDING?
Unfortunately, the IV drip is not suitable for those who are pregnant or breast-feeding.
WHO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE IV?
Unfortunately, those who are under 18, G6PD deficient, pregnant or breast-feeding cannot have an IV drip.

WHAT SUPPLEMENT BRANDS DO YOU CARRY?
We have our own brand of supplements that are specially formulated by our in-house doctors. Each box contains a 1-month supply of daily travel-friendly packs.
We also carry the brands Pure Encapsulations and Designs for Health. These are pharmaceutical grade supplements so if you’re not sure which supplements you need, it is best to consult with one of our health coach first.
DO YOU HAVE SHELF-STABLE PROBIOTICS?
Yes we do! We carry a range of shelf-stable probiotics by Pure Encapsulations with different strains and varying potency. We never travel without our trusty shelf-stable probiotics.
CAN I COME TO BUY SUPPLEMENTS WITHOUT DOING ANY OTHER SERVICES?
Absolutely. Plus, if you’re ever unsure of which supplements you need, our health coaches are always around and happy to answer any questions you might have.
HOW DID YOU SELECT YOUR BRANDS?
We look for a few things when selecting what supplement brands to stock; supplements that are free from GMOs, hydrogenated fats, food allergens, preservatives and gluten. Quality ensured meaning they are manufactured in an FDA inspected facility and further tested by a third-party laboratory to ensure that they are being produced to the highest quality. Lastly, we look for brands that prioritize research in developing formulations that are potent to deliver effective results.
TESTING
WHAT TESTS DO YOU HAVE?
We have a range of functional medicine testing kits for all different body systems. Our range includes our heavy metals & minerals test, food intolerance test, gut biome test, sleep & stress test, neurotransmitter test, organic acids test, cycle mapping test, weight management & thyroid test, DNA test, milk check, gluten check and allergen check. Come visit us to find out which test is most suitable for you.
HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS TAKE TO COME BACK?
You should have your results in 3 weeks, sometimes sooner. A health coach will contact you when the results are in to book in the result interpretation.
WHERE DO I DO THE TESTS?
These tests are designed to be done in the comfort of your own home. Our health coaches will go through the instructions with you, or for some tests you can also choose to do the test at our centre.
WHERE ARE THE TEST SAMPLES SENT?
We work with labs in the USA and Europe.
IF I MESS UP, CAN I GET ANOTHER TEST KIT?
If you’re unsure of how to complete the test, it’s always best to contact our health coaches before attempting it (call us at +852 3622 3452 or WhatsApp us at +852 6115 2094). If you’ve already completed it wrong, we’ll try our best to accommodate you but every kit is different.
